MY SOUND BATH RESIDENCY AT BODYISM

Kicking off on 7th November, I’ll be hosting monthly sound baths at wellness gym Bodyism in Notting Hill. The one-hour-long sessions will immerse you in the harmonics of gemstone and crystal alchemy, to create a grounding experience within the rush of daily life.

It is the ideal evening lullaby and the best way to wind down after any busy or stressful day. Make sure you book your place in advance as spaces are limited. 6:30pm on 7th November, 5th December, 9th January, 6th February, 5th March, 2nd April.
