Joe Wicks Festival at Kew Gardens 7th July

Join me at the Joe Wicks Festival at Kew Gardens for a bumper-filled, family-friendly day of yoga, meditation, hula-hooping, tai chi, breath work, stretching and two sound baths that I’ll be hosting - one maxi on the ReEnergise main stage and a more intimate one in the ReTreat zone.

La Vida Veda in Saint Lucia Retreat 23rd-28th July

We’re going global! I’ll be hosting a La Vida Veda retreat at the Rabot Hotel in Saint Lucia for a 5-day schedule inspired by my passion for Ayurveda. Enjoy daily yoga, educational talks and sound baths with a lush rainforest backdrop.

PACE by Peligoni Wellness Event in Greece 7th-11th October

As part of the PACE timetable I’ll be hosting two sound baths, plus a talk on the modern relevance of ancient wisdom and incorporating the Indian-philosophy of Ayurveda into your western lifestyle.
