MY SOUND BATH RESIDENCY AT BODYISM

 Kicking off on 7th November I’ll be hosting monthly sound baths at wellness gym Bodyism in Notting Hill.  The one-hour-long sessions will immerse you in the harmonics of gemstone and crystal alchemy, to create a grounding experience within the rush of daily life. The ideal evening lullaby, make sure you book your place in advance as spaces are limited. 6:30pm on 7th November, 5th December, 9th January, 6th February, 5th March, 2nd April.
