DIGITAL FESTIVAL OF AYURVEDIC LIFESCIENCES

Yesterday, I was excited to participate in the World’s First Digital Festival of Ayurvedic Lifesciences. There were so many informative panels throughout the festival, with experts from Ayurveda and wellness at large discussing some of the most pressing topics in their fields currently. Dimple Jangda, Mira Manek, Mariko Amekodommo and I discussed Ayurvedic rituals and their relevance in a modern lifestyle for mental, emotional and physical health.
