CLEANSE + RESET FOR SPRING - YOUR ESSENTIAL SHOPPING LIST

It might not seem like it with this weather, but spring is fast approaching and I'm looking forward to undertaking another Cleanse + Reset to accompany the spring equinox on 20 March, after a busy first few weeks of 2018, including long haul flights and living the high life on holiday.

Later this week, I’ll be sharing my full Ayurvedic plan, which is not a cleanse in the Western sense of the term at all. No juicing or severe restriction here — it’s all about giving your body the tools to regenerate for the new season, gently and kindly. Stay tuned if you want to do it with me! In the meantime, here is everything you’ll need to make the four (simple!) recipes in the Cleanse + Reset, so you can get organised for next weekend.

All of these ingredients should be available from your local organic shop, as well as Asian specialty stores. Otherwise, check out my shop page to order everything you need online. If you’re intrigued by some of the items on the list, this blog post talks about some of my essential ingredients, and this one explains why I use certain spices. For more, pick up my book East by West, where I go in-depth about the benefits of each ingredient.
