Enjoy relaxing daily yoga and evening sound baths, along with educational talks and nature walks on one of the most beautiful islands of the Caribbean. The retreat will take place at the boutique resort, Rabot Hotel from Hotel Chocolat, in the south west of the island near the town of Soufriere. Set within a UNESCO world heritage site, on Hotel Chocolat’s working organic cacao farm, Rabot Hotel offers a unique luxury stay in Saint Lucia’s rainforest where you’ll experience first-hand the lush, natural environment cacao trees thrive in.
Overlooking the island’s iconic Petit Piton mountain, the open-air resort comprises 25 private lodges, a restaurant and bar, infinity pool and spa. There’s a world of experiences to discover across the hotel's 140-acre Rabot Estate, and beyond. Guests on the retreat will be able to learn about a sustainable approach to cacao-growing, explore the diverse nature on the estate trails and enjoy a dip in the mud baths at the nearby Sulphur Springs as well as a day trip to a luxury beach club on the island.
