CHEAT THE WEEK - THE OUTNET
Fashion retail site The Outnet asked me to illustrate some of my favourite things in the world and share some of my top tips for a balanced life, so I rolled up my sleeves and got my colouring pencils and felt tips out, and patiently tried to draw again after years!
Calm, collected and positively glowing, Jasmine Hemsley is much more than one half of the Hemsley + Hemsley duo who introduced the world to spiralizers and ‘zoodles’ (keep up: zucchini noodles). Former model and wellbeing expert Jasmine has launched a pop-up café, contributed to Vogue, and also authored three cookbooks to boot. If that leaves you feeling motivated and slightly in awe, you’re not alone!
Between practicing Ayurvedic therapies and regular yoga sessions, Jasmine took a moment to tell us her holistic approach to how she really cheats the week.
