This sound bath is inspired by this year’s IWD theme, which is #PowerToChange. In today’s fast-paced world, where we understand the importance of our mental and spiritual as well as our physical health, this soothing 40-minute sound bath will serve as a reminder that we have the power to change our energy state from hectic, stressed and overwhelmed to cool, calm and connected just by taking the time to go inwards.
