THE SNOWMAN LADOO
A little idea we had since Mahi is now obsessed with all things ‘The Snowman’, since watching the theatre performance in London, and videos of friends in Devon enjoying the first snow of winter.
Using a simple egg cup as a base, wrap the Toasted Oat, Tahini and & Ginger Ladoo mixture. Then shape the head and arms, rolling the pieces in sesame seeds first and then again between the palm of the hands to secure them, before moulding them onto the body. Two black peppercorns for eyes, a pink peppercorn for the nose and some choc chips for buttons. A flurry of desiccated coconut for snow. Try cinnamon sticks for arms and nut shells for a hat! Once made, keep your creation cool to avoid him flopping! And then nibble away at your own discretion… or leave to dry out and become a Christmas feature for longer.
