A hippie at heart, I always do find myself gravitating towards anything that feels vaguely ‘70s. This suit is case in point. On paper, a suit can sometimes feel boring or basic but thanks to its muted ‘70s tones, wide-legged trousers and puff-sleeve cropped jacket, this one ticks all the boxes. I’ve kept it cosy (for now whilst we’re still in Vata season) with a black polo neck but as the weather warms up a simple white tee would freshen things up. The checked browns would also make for a perfect accompaniment for a pop of colour — think neon pink or lime green, and similarly, this is as good with heeled boots to feel a bit dressed up at home as it would be with trainers and a baggy jumper to relax.
