How long have you been practicing Ayurveda?
Where/when did you first come across it? I was brought up in India where it is the most traditional, and widely used form of medicine.

What is your one top tip for people who want to introduce Ayurveda into their lives?
Just the way the earth revolves around the sun our own lives revolve around our digestive fire. Stronger the fire, longer the life. One easy everyday suggestion that can be easily incorporated in everyday life, is to start to the day with a mug or glass of hot water or ginger lemon tea. This not only helps to stimulate digestion but also helps in preventing many illnesses and ailments.

How would you describe Ayurveda in one sentence?
Ayurveda is the ancient Indian holistic medical system, based on achieving physical and mental harmony with nature which is aimed at finding out your unique body type (which is like your DNA imprint) and following foods, herbs massages yoga and lifestyle based on this unique body type.
